  General administrative forms required for  ministry.
  • 2011 Educational Grant Application:  For members who are pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Business Directory Application: Members, list your business or service in the Hope Business Directory.
  • Meeting Room Request  If you are planning a meeting or event, you must request the meeting space at least two weeks in advance.
  • Media Request: Whatever your graphic media need is (announcements, flyers, etc) it must be approved.

  Please help us to keep our financial records accurate and up to date by completing and submitting the correct forms in a timely manner.
